An orange branch drawn as a natural-history plate: leaves, two blossoms, a whole orange and a halved one.

What can’t we do today?

The page you couldn’t get built. The demo that would’ve helped a buyer see themselves in the product. The better way of working that never got past “we don’t have the people.”

This is for the people who build GTM with AI, whatever the title says. The marketer who ships her own pages. The seller who builds his own demos. The ops lead who wrote the team’s first AI skill on a Sunday night. Most of us taught ourselves the tools before anyone hired us to use them.

We’re tired.

We’re also early.

We took these jobs to put ideas into the world and serve the people they help. That’s still why we’re here.

Every ceiling you’ve ever hit is written on that list.

Every system in GTM today is built wrong.

Then the line moved. It keeps moving. Each time it does, something comes off the list.

And most of us are pointing AI at the old work. The same sequences, to the same accounts, faster.

We are thinking too small.

This is the new build.

Our GTM is a product. Its roadmap is everything we were told we couldn’t do.

We’re its product team.

  • We can’t get headcount for that. One of us builds what used to take a team.
  • We’d need an agency. We make it this afternoon.
  • We can’t build a demo for every buyer.Every buyer sees their own workflow before the first call.
  • We can’t launch that fast with this team.We launch as big as the idea.
  • We can’t be the ones who change it.We already are.

Every line on that list is an open job now. Somebody is going to build each one. Let it be us.

What can’t we do today?

Ask it before every launch. Ask it again next month. The line will have moved.

None of us can slow the market down. All of us can decide what it makes possible. We believe the people closest to the customer are the people who build for the customer. For most of our careers that wasn’t possible. It is now.

The best software in the market makes us faster, and we use it gladly.

We can make a bad process faster on our own.

To change how the team works, we bring the leader who owns the number into the build.

Together, we agree what success looks like and use the results to choose what we build next.

Engineering got there first. Code tells you in seconds whether it works. A campaign takes a quarter.

Our path is harder.

The prize is bigger.

Pick one line on your list and cross it off. Then hand this to someone whose list is longer.

We started before anyone asked.

We learned the tools before anyone hired us to.

We built the demos nobody would fund.

We are not asking now.
